Even the most meticulously scheduled day can go awry. We get it - things happen. We're here to help.
Should you need to change the time or location of your scheduled ride, you can simply do so by canceling your ride via your app and scheduling a new one at a time or location that works better for you.
Please note, if your plans change and your ride is scheduled within the hour, we'd be unable to provide a refund for that ride.
